Product Overview

Continent 8’s Connect Resolve solution provides an ‘Out of Band’ (OOB) network connection to help customers manage their infrastructure and critical IT assets. The connection is fully independent from the ‘main’ Continent 8 network at both the network and infrastructure level and as such offers a true OOB capability to customers.

  • Fully independent ISP provision protects against any failures with the main production network.

  • Helps customers to remotely manage and resolve issues with their production infrastructure, reducing the need for hands-on engineering resource.
