Continent 8 Technologies has peering agreements with the world’s largest Tier 1 internet networks in North America, Europe and Asia. We provide redundant fibre connections out to the Internet through diverse providers. Fibre from these vendors is routed via numerous physical paths into our network. In this way, we eliminate any single point of failure between our Data Centres and the internet.

Bandwidth

Customers can take bandwidth from as low as 1 Mbps up to multi-Gbps. In addition to being able to meet the daily needs of our Customer base, Continent 8 Technologies has the excess bandwidth required to counteract undesirable DDoS attacks.

Private Grid

As we expand our Data Centre footprint internationally, Continent 8 Technologies is increasing its private grid, an international private network that spans the continents. The first elements of this are in place and link the Isle of Man and Kahnawake Data Centres via London at 2.5 Gbps speed, allowing customers the ability to provide for disaster recovery and data replication services among others.
