The Continent 8 DDoS Protection Service provides continuous monitoring of customers hosted in our global network of Data Centres. Continent 8 provides a 24x7 monitoring and mitigation service with full help desk support and escalation. Throughout any DDoS attack or event, Continent 8 is in constant communication with the customer, enabling mitigation confirmation along with complete visibility and transparency. This is often an ongoing customer engagement due to the increased sophistication of recent DDoS threats and Continent 8 is dedicated to blocking suspect or attack traffic while delivering clean valid traffic to your critical gaming application.

In addition to protecting customer gaming platforms in single or multiple Continent 8 Data Centre locations, the DDoS Protection Service can also monitor and protect other off-net customer locations outside of our data centres. Customers can also opt to have real-time ongoing visibility of their traffic profiles for all locations prior to, and during mitigation activities.
