The on-site support personnel at any one location are backed up by the technical support team based at the other Data Centres who are able to provide support and expertise beyond the regional business times.

In addition to dedicated support personnel our Sales and Operations teams are available for industry specific knowledge and expertise.

Customer specific service level agreements are in place to make sure all expectations are met and exceeded.
