Bookkeeper
We are seeking a Bookkeeper to join our Finance Department, in the Isle of Man office, to assist in the preparation of management accounts for its global operations.
The role will include all aspects of bookkeeping including the following processes:
• Maintenance of sales and purchase ledgers,
• Maintenance of general ledgers and preparation of bank reconciliations,
• Preparation and posting of accruals and prepayments,
• Treasury functions for the group,
• Responsible for the complete preparation of management accounts and supporting schedules for the group’s smaller trading and holding companies.
The successful candidate will have the following skills/ experience:
• At least 3 years experience in a similar role in a Finance Department,
• Have a good accounting background with double entry book-keeping,
• Experience of QuickBooks accounting package is preferable but not essential,
• Ability to work accurately and to deadlines.
