Current vacancies
Accounts Assistant
An opportunity has arisen in our Finance Department for a highly motivated individual
to join our rapidly expanding organisation. Reporting directly into the Chief Accounting Officer
the successful candidate will provide assistance in:
- Preparation of bank reconciliations
- Monitoring and following up of debtor balances
- Assistance in maintenance of general ledgers
- Review and payment of supplier invoices
- Preparation of Purchase orders for both the group and its customers
- General administrative duties
The successful candidate will have the following skills/experience:
- Worked in a Finance Department for a minimum of 3 years
- Experience of accounting software packages (preferably Quickbooks)
- Good computer skills particularly with Microsoft Office
- Good verbal, literacy and organisational skills with the ability to work on own initiative
